All sales are final and non-refundable.
No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued after purchase.

Upon successful payment, you will receive access to program materials via email or through a designated platform (including third-party platforms such as GetCourse).
We reserve the right to revoke access in cases of violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to:

• branding

is the exclusive property of Move & Improve LLC.
You may not:

• reproduce
• distribute
• resell

any content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:

• specific results
• fitness outcomes
• health improvements

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Move & Improve LLC shall not be liable for any:

• indirect
• incidental
• consequential
• or punitive damages

arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Move & Improve LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services.

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

This agreement applies to all participants of programs provided by Move & Improve LLC (Move & Improve Fitness).
1. Assumption of Risk
I acknowledge that participation in physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• injury
• physical strain
• cardiovascular complications
• falls or accidents

I voluntarily assume full responsibility for these risks.

2. Health Certification
I represent and warrant that:

• I am physically capable of participating in exercise activities
• I have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• I will consult a licensed physician if necessary

3. No Medical Advice
I understand that all information provided is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

4. Personal Responsibility
I agree to exercise within my limits and stop any activity that causes discomfort or pain.

5. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and discharge Move & Improve LLC (Move & Improve Fitness), its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation in the program.

6. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims arising from my participation.

7. Acknowledgment
By purchasing or participating, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this agreement
• I agree voluntarily
• I accept full responsibility
